I was a bit anxious about the deal and all it entailed as it was my first independent big purchase since getting divorced. Moving to Thunder Bay from another province was overwhelming, but Lawrence made finding a home easy. We really didn't know much about the different neighborhoods in Thunder Bay or where we might want to live. Lawrence was very honest and provided helpful insight into each area we looked in. He was always available for any questions or concerns we had and even did the walk through for us when we took possession of the house. Would definitely recommend Lawrence to other home buyers, especially those relocating from another city!
